Penyebab kanker serviks adalah Human Papiloma Virus. Kanker serviks dapat diantisipasi dengan pemeriksaan deteksi dini IVA. Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan akses informasi dengan perilaku WUS dalam melakukan pemeriksaan IVA. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 99 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner baku yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil analisis univariat mayoritas usia responden berada diusia dewasa awal (35,4%). Mayoritas responden berada ditingkat pendidikan SMA/SMK/SLTA (59,6%). Mayoritas pekerjaan adalah IRT (81,8%). Riwayat kehamilan responden mayoritas berada pada kehamilan multipara (74,7%). Mayoritas responden yang berada pada riwayat menikah ke 1 (90,9%). Hasil uji statistik bivariat didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor pengetahuan dan faktor akses informasi terhadap perilaku pemeriksaan IVA pada WUS di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rejosari Pekanbaru (p value 0,000: α 0,005). Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dan akses informasi terhadap perilaku pemeriksaan IVA pada WUS di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rejosari ekanbaru dan diharapkan WUS mendapatkan banyak pengetahuan terkait pemeriksaan kanker serviks metode IVA. Kata Kunci: Akses Informasi, IVA, Pengetahuan dan Perilaku WUS.   ABSTRACT Cervical cancer is a malignant disease that occurs in the cervical area. The cause of cervical cancer is the Human Papilloma Virus. Cervical cancer can be anticipated by conducting early detection examinations the IVA examination. This study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and access to information with WUS behavior in conducting VIA examinations. This study used a descriptive correlation design with a cross sectional approach. The research sample was 99 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a standardized questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis using chi-square test. The results of the univariate analysis of the majority of the respondents were in early adulthood (35.4%). The majority of respondents are at the education level of SMA/SMK/SLTA (59.6%). The majority of occupations are domestic workers (81.8%). As for the history of pregnancy, the majority of respondents were in multiparous pregnancies (74.7%). The majority of respondents who are in the history of marriage to 1 (90.9%). The results of the bivariate statistical test showed a significant relationship between the knowledge factor and the information access factor on the behavior of the VIA examination in WUS in the working area of ​​the Rejosari Health Center Pekanbaru (p value 0.000: 0.005). There is a significant relationship between knowledge and access to information on IVA examination behavior in WUS in the working area of ​​Rejosari Health Center Pekanbaru and it is hoped that WUS will gain a lot of knowledge regarding cervical cancer examination using the IVA method.
