Abstract

Pendahuluan: Tingginya angka kejadian COVID-19 terhadap lansia akan membuat perasaan cemas dan juga khawatir. Kecemasan yang berlebihan bagi lansia mengakibatkan kualitas tidur lansia menjadi buruk. Tingkat kecemasan terhadap COVID-19 dapat mempengaruhi kualitas tidur pada lansia. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan tingkat kecemasan terhadap COVID-19 dengan kualitas tidur pada lansia. Metode: Desain penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel 100 responden, pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan analisis univariat untuk melihat distribusi frekuensi karakteristik responden, gambaran kecemasan terhadap COVID-19 dan gambaran kualitas tidur, serta analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil: hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan responden dengan kecemasan ringan dan kualitas tidur buruk sebanyak 65 (65,5%) responden. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan p-value 0,512 > α (0,05) yang artinya Ho gagal ditolak, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan terhadap COVID-19 dengan kualitas tidur pada lansia. Kesimpulan: hasil uji statistik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara kecemasan terhadap COVID-19 dengan kualitas tidur pada lansia.
