Abstract

Hipertensi disebut dengan silent killer artinya dapat menyebabkan kematian secara diam-diam. Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg. Gaya hidup yang sehat menggambarkan pola perilaku sehari-hari yang mengarah pada upaya memelihara kondisi fisik, dan mental sosial berada dalam keadaan positif. Tujuan dari literarure review adalah untuk mereview gaya hidup dengan kejadian hipertensi di wilayah puskesmas. Literature  review dilakukan berdasarkan  metode kajian pustaka yang berasal dari jurnal, artikel, google scholar, dan proposal penelitian lanjutan. Dari 3 penelitian yang digunakan 2 diantaranya menggunakan metode penelitian observasi Analitik dan 1 lagi menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantitatif. Berdasarkan 3 penelitian didapatkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara gaya hidup dengan kejadian hipertensi dengan nilai signifikan p=0,024 (ɑ≥0,05). Bagi responden atau masyarakat di Puskesmas agar meningkatkan gaya hidup yang sehat dengan cara meningkatkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat. Kepada petugas puskesmas agar meningkatkan promosi kesehatan terkait pencegahan dan penanganan penyakit hipertensi di puskesmas.
