Abstract

     


Berbagai masalah yang timbul pada usia kehamilan trimester III merupakan masalah psikologis yang sering dikeluhkan pada ibu hamil seperti nyeri punggung, namun nyeri punggung juga dapat menimbulkan kualitas tidur yang buruk. Nyeri punggung saat hamil terjadi pada daerah lumbosacral, karena akan bertambah intensitas nyeri seiring bertambahnya usia kehamilan yang disebabkan adanya pergeseran pada pusat gravitasi dan perubahan postur tubuh (Yuliana, Sari and Nia Risa Dewi, 2021). Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan dan tindakan  ibu hamil tentang kompres hangat terhadap nyeri punggung ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi. Bahan yang digunakan yaitu materi penyuluhan. Peserta kegiatan adalah ibu hamil. Saat kegiatan berlangsung peserta terlihat antusias terlihat dari sesi diskusi. Peserta mengetahui tindakan kompres hangat.
