Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun Sebagai Upaya Gerakan Perilaku Hidup Sehat

Kebersihan tangan merupakan bagian yang penting dalam menekan dan mengurangi penyebaran penyakit menular. Program kegiatan kepada masyarakat ini merupakan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan bersama antara dosen dengan mahasiswa S1 Kebidanan Universitas Borneo Tarakan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu masyarakat khususnya anak Panti Asuhan Berkah Ar-Rahim Ibu, agar lebih menyadari pentingnya menjaga perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) dengan menerapkan cuci tangan pakai sabun. Kegiatan ini melibatkan semua anak Panti Asuhan yang berusia 7-15 tahun yang berjumlah 25 orang. Ada tiga tahapan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Setelah diberikan health education evaluasi dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner post-test kepada responden yang sama dan diperoleh hasil setelah diberikan health education responden memahami tentang cuci tangan yang baik dan benar sebagai upaya gerakan hidup bersih dan sehat.
