Peningkatan Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang Pemberian Imunisasi Pada Balita Di Posyandu Pisang di Desa Ujung Gurap Tahun 2024

Abstract

Imunisasi merupakan salah satu upaya pencegahan penyakit menular yang penting bagi kesehatan balita. Namun, masih banyak ibu yang belum memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai pentingnya imunisasi dan jadwal pemberiannya. Posyandu sebagai salah satu fasilitas kesehatan masyarakat memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi. Kegiatan penyuluhan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu mengenai pemberian imunisasi pada balita di Posyandu Pisang Desa Ujung Gurap tahun 2024. Intervensi berupa penyuluhan dan pembagian leaflet tentang imunisasi diberikan selama tiga bulan. Dengan adanya edukasi yang diberikan kepada ibu tentang pemberian imunisasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan ibu mengenai pemberian imunisasi pada balita. Kesimpulan  Intervensi edukasi yang dilakukan di Posyandu Pisang berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang pemberian imunisasi pada balita. Diharapkan program edukasi serupa dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan cakupan imunisasi yang lengkap. Sehingga tercapainya kesehatan balita yang optimal  di Desa Ujung Gurap.
