Abstract

Seks bebas adalah hubungan seksual yang dilakukan di luar perkawinan, baik suka sama suka maupun dalam dunia prostitusi, seperti kencan mesra, pacaran, hubungan seksual, tetapi perilaku dianggap tidak sesuai dengan norma karena belum dilakukan oleh remaja. adalah pengalaman seksualitas. Di Indonesia, ada sekitar 4,5% remaja laki-laki dan 0,7% remaja perempuan usia 15- 19 tahun yang berterus terang pernah melakukan seks pranikah. Di antara anak muda berusia 15-19 tahun, kencan pertama adalah berusia 15-17 tahun. Sekitar 33,3% anak perempuan dan 34,5% anak laki- laki yang berusia 15-19 tahun mulai berpacaran sebelum berusia 15 tahun. Catatan angka komulatif penderita Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) dan Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) hingga tahun 2020 oleh Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS (KPA) Sumatera Utara 126 penderita. Terdiri dari 93 HIV, 33 AIDS dan 26 di antaranya meninggal dunia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mempunyai tujuan memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan terkait pentingnya bahaya seks bebas pada remaja serta pencegahan seks bebas di era digitalisasi ini. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 30 siswa/i Pondok Pesantren Mardhatillah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu teknik ceramah dan diskusi bersama. Hasil pengukuran sebelum dan setelah diberikannya sosialisasi di dapatkan bahwa sekitar 95% dari peserta sudah mengerti tentang pencegahan seks bebas pada remaja di era digitalisasi.
