Abstract

Penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak usia batita tentang pentingnya konsumsi air Zamzam dalam menunjang kesehatan dan perkembangan anak. Air Zamzam dikenal mengandung berbagai mineral esensial yang bermanfaat untuk mendukung pertumbuhan fisik, memperkuat sistem imun, dan menjaga kesehatan secara menyeluruh. Melalui pendekatan edukatif, peserta diberikan informasi mengenai kandungan air Zamzam, manfaat kesehatannya berdasarkan kajian ilmiah, serta cara penerapan konsumsi yang tepat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penyuluhan dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan sesi tanya jawab untuk memperdalam pemahaman peserta. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan ibu-ibu mengenai pentingnya sumber hidrasi alami dalam mendukung kesehatan batita, serta terbentuknya kebiasaan konsumsi sehat sejak usia dini. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga menekankan nilai-nilai spiritual yang terkandung dalam ajaran Islam tentang keutamaan air Zamzam, sehingga mendorong integrasi antara praktik kesehatan fisik dan prinsip keimanan. Dengan edukasi ini, diharapkan ibu-ibu dapat memilih asupan yang bermanfaat bagi anak-anak mereka, sekaligus memperkuat ikatan spiritual dalam kehidupan keluarga sehari-hari.
