Abstract

Anemia pada remaja putri merupakan salah satu faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan terjadinya stunting pada generasi mendatang. Rendahnya pemahaman mengenai pentingnya konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) menyebabkan upaya pencegahan anemia pada remaja belum berjalan optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja putri mengenai konsumsi TTD sebagai langkah awal pencegahan stunting. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 27 Oktober 2025 di Desa Lemahmulya, Kabupaten Karawang dengan melibatkan 31 remaja putri. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin, pengukuran status gizi, penyuluhan kesehatan, serta evaluasi menggunakan pretest dan posttest. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta mengalami anemia (77%), sedangkan hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dari rata-rata 52% sebelum edukasi menjadi 82% setelah edukasi. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi kesehatan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran remaja putri mengenai pentingnya konsumsi TTD sebagai upaya pencegahan anemia dan stunting sejak dini
