Penyuluhan Persiapan Persalinan pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III di Poskesdes Kampung Peres Desa Pulo Panjang Kabupaten Serang

Kehamilan trimester III merupakan fase penting yang membutuhkan kesiapan optimal dalam menghadapi persalinan, namun masih banyak ibu hamil yang memiliki pengetahuan terbatas mengenai tanda persalinan dan tanda bahaya. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tersebut adalah melalui penyuluhan kesehatan yang bersifat edukatif dan partisipatif. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester III tentang persiapan persalinan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan kesehatan dengan pendekatan ceramah dan diskusi menggunakan media leaflet dan presentasi, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 20 orang. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan dari 8,3 menjadi 10,5 setelah penyuluhan. Dengan demikian, penyuluhan kesehatan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester III mengenai persiapan persalinan meskipun peningkatannya tidak terlalu signifikan.
