Abstract

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) saat ini masih jauh dari target Tujuan Pembangunan. Berkelanjutan/Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) yakni 70 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup pada tahun 2030. Meskipun telah banyak upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah, AKI belum turun secara signifikan. Kematian ibu dapat dicegah hingga 22% yaitu melalui antenatal care yang teratur, Salah satu pelayanan selama kehamilan yaitu mempersiapkan fisik dan mental ibu hamil dengan senam hamil. Berdasarkan hal tersebut tim Pengabdian Masyarakt melakukan pelaksanaan Senam Hamil bagi ibu hamil dengan tujuan agar Ibu Hamil dapat mempersiapkan keadaan fisik dan psikologisnya dan dapat melakukan senam hamil secara mandiri dirumah. Metode yang digunakan ceramah dan demostrasi. Pelaksanaan dilakukan di kelas hamil Puskesmas Semula Jadi Kota Tanjungbalai pada bulan Juni 2021 yang diikuti oleh 10 orang ibu hamil, kader, bidan desa dan Mahasiswa.

Kegiatan pelaksanaan Senam hamil di Puskesmas Semula jadi  terlaksana dengan baik bahkan para peserta terlihat antusias dan mengharapkan kegiatan senam  hamil dapat berlanjut dengan pemberian materi yang lainnya terutama terkait kesehatan ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas dan menyusui
