Abstract

Pola hidup sehat adalah suatu gaya hidup yang mempertahankan faktor-faktor penentu kesehatan, antara lain makanan dan olah raga. Pada usia lanjut seseorang harus mampu menjaga kesehatan sehingga mampu mempertahankan dan meningkatan derajat kesehatan dan terhindar dari berbagai macam penyakit.   Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah agar lansia yang ada di Panti Jompo Basilam Baru Kota Padangsidimpuan bisa mengikuti pola hidup sehat sehingga bisa meningkatkan derajat kesehatan di usia lanjut. Para lansia sangat antusias menerima informasi terkait pola hidup sehat lansia.
