Abstract

Lansia sebagai salah satu kelompok rentan terdampak COVID-19, untuk itu perlu adanya gerakan memasyarakatkan pencegahan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini diilakukan agar kelompok rentan lansia mampu menjaga kesehatan dan menghindari COVID-19. Kegiatan pencegahan tersebut berupa informasi tentang social distancing, menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan menggunakan air, melakukan senam lansia sambil berjemur. Metode yang dilakukan dengan melakukan pendekatan, memberikan pertanyaan sebelum penyuluhan, memberikan informasi tentang pentingnya social distancing, mencuci tangan dan melakukan aktivitas senam lansia. Melakukan demontrasi social distancing dan langkah-langkah mencuci tangan, senam lansia dan berjemur. Kesimpulan: kegiatan ini dirasakan sangat bermanfaat oleh lansia, merasa senang dan memahami manfaat menjaga kesehatan tubuh. kegiatan ini dapat diteruskan untuk kelompok lansia lainnya dengan metode KIE (Konseling, Informasi dan Edukasi).
