Abstract

ABSTRAK  

Kehamilan risiko tinggi adalah kehamilan yang akan menyebabkna terjadinya bahaya dan komplikasi yang lebih besar baik pada ibu maupun pada janin dalam kandungan dan dapat menyebabkan kematian, kesakitan, kecacatan, ketidaknyaman dan ketidakpuasan. Komplikasi pada saat kehamilan dapat dikategorikan dalam risiko kehamilan, sebanyak 90% penyebab utama terjadi karena komplikasi obstetric yang tidak terduga saat kehamilan, persalinan atau pasca persalinan dan 15% kehamilan diperkirakan berisiko tinggi dan dapat membahayakan ibu dan janin. Kegiatan  ini  di  laksanakan  di  Klinik Anugrah Binjai di  Pada tanggal 7 Desember 2022. Sasaran dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah Ibu Hamil trimester  I, II  dan  III. Hasil Analisis Deskriptif Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Pretest menunjukkan 3 (30%) ibu berpengetahan Baik dan Cukup 7 (70%) Kemudian    hasil    post-test    yang    didapatkan    keseluruhan    responden berpengetahuan  baik  tentang  resiko tinggi pada kehamilan  sebanyak  10  responden (100%). Bidan harus dapat mendeteksi sedini mungkin bahaya pada ibu hamil yang mungkin terjadi, karena setiap wanita hamil tersebut memiliki resiko mengalami komplikasi.
