Patient satisfaction is defined as the comparison between patients’ perceptions of the services received and their expectations prior to treatment. When expectations are met, the service is considered to be of high quality and results in high satisfaction. This study aimed to examine the relationship between patient satisfaction and health services at Sadabuan Community Health Center using a quantitative cross-sectional design. A total of 99 patients were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires on patient satisfaction and health services, and analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and Chi-Square tests. The results showed that 95 respondents (95.0%) were satisfied with the services, while 4 respondents (4.0%) were dissatisfied. The Chi-Square test revealed a significant relationship between patient satisfaction and health services (p = 0.000; p < 0.05). It is recommended that the health center improve service efficiency, staff discipline, and communication to further enhance patient satisfaction.
