EDUKASI ISI PIRINGKU DENGAN GIZI SEIMBANG PADA SISWA SISWI KELAS 3,4,5,6 DI SDN 101234 KILANG PAPAN
Abstract ABSTRAK
Transisi gizi memicu Indonesia mengalami beban ganda masalah gizi. Salah satunya malnutrisi. Malnutrisi mampu menganggu proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak, meningkatkan risiko penyakit serta meningkatkan pengeluaran untuk biaya rumah sakit. Berdasarkan pertemuan bersama pihak sekolah, siswa – siswi di sekolah dasar tersebut perlu diberikan edukasi gizi karena belum pernah ada edukasi gizi sebelumnya. Makan merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia terkait dengan pemenuhan gizi. Masih ditemukan masalah gizi pada anak usia sekolah seperti kurus, pendek, kegemukan, dan anemia. Salah satu upaya pencegahan terjadi masalah gizi yang diperkenalkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan adalah slogan “Isi Piringku”. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa siswi SDN 101234 Kilang Papan tentang isi piringku. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa setelah pemberian penyuluhan dengan media leaflet dan video animasi. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa-siswa sudah mampu menjelaskan kembali terkait gizi seimbang dengan menggunakan slogan Isi Piringku.

ABSTRACT
The nutrition transition has triggered Indonesia to experience a double burden of nutritional problems. One of them is malnutrition. Malnutrition can interfere with the process of growth and development of children, increase the risk of disease and increase expenses for hospital fees. Based on a meeting with the school, students in these elementary schools need to be given nutrition education because there has never been any nutrition education before. Eating is a basic human need related to the fulfillment of nutrition. There are still nutritional problems in school-age children such as thinness, stunting, obesity and anemia. One of the efforts to prevent nutritional problems introduced by the Ministry of Health is the slogan "Fill My Plate". The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of SDN 101234 Kilang Papan students about the contents of my plate. The results of this activity indicate an increase in students' knowledge after providing counseling with leaflet media and animated videos. The conclusion of this activity is that students are able to explain balanced nutrition again using the slogan Fill My Plate.
