ASUHAN KEBIDANAN NIFAS DENGAN PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF DI PMB MONA KOTA PADANGSIDIMPUAN TAHUN 2023

Abstract

 

ABSTRAK

Air susu ibu sebagai sumber nutrisi terbaik yang mampu meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan anak. Kesehatan  ibu dan anak merupakan prioritas utama dalam pembangunan Kesehatan di Indonesia, hal ini dikarenakan Angka Kematian Ibu yang setiap tahun yang semakin meningkat. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu nifas dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif agar tidak terjadi komplikasi. Studi kasus yang dilakukan di PMB Mona Duryyah  Siregar, SKM, S.Keb di Kota Padangsidimpuan yang dilakukan secara berkala sesuai jadwal kunjungan pasien. Asuhan kebidanan pada Ny.Y dilakukan dari tanggal 11 Maret 2023 sampai dengan tanggal 17 Maret 2023 kunjungan dilakukan selama 2 kali. Metode pendokumentasian dalam bentuk data subjektik, objektif, analisis dan penatalaksanaan (SOAP) berdasarkan manajemen asuhan kebidanan 7 langkah Helen Varney. Hasil laporan yang diperoleh tidak ditemukannya masalah ataupun komplikasi dalam masa nifas Ny.Y semua kondisi dalam keadaan normal. Setelah dilakukan asuhan kebidanan, pasien menerima dan memahami serta melaksanakan anjuran yang telah diberikan. Disarankan kepada penyedia layanan untuk memperbanyak penyedian leaflet ataupun bahan bacaan khusus untuk ibu nifas sebagai bentuk media informasi yang dapat digunakan pasien sebagai sumber infomasinya ketika berada dirumah.

ABSTRACT

Mother's milk is the best source of nutrition that can improve the health of mothers and children. Maternal and child health is a major priority for health development in Indonesia, as the maternal mortality rate rises each year. The purpose of this case report is to provide obstetrical care to mothers after delivery through exclusive breastfeeding to avoid complications. This case study was conducted at the PMB Hj. Mona Duryyah Siregar, SKM, S.Keb in Padangsidimpuan City which is carried out regularly according to the patient's visit schedule. Midwifery care for Mrs. Y was carried out from March 11 to March 17 in 2023, with 2 visits. The method of documentation in the form of subjective, objective, analytical and management data (SOAP) is based on Helen Varney's 7-step midwifery care management. The results of the report did not reveal any issues or complications during Mrs. Y’s puerperium. all conditions were normal. After midwifery care is carried out, the patient agrees and understands the recommendations that have been given. It is suggested to service providers to provide more leaflets or special reading materials for postpartum mothers as a form of information media that can be used as a source of information when they are at home.
