PENGARUH TEKNIK RELAKSASI GENGGAM JARI TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN PADA PASIEN POST OPERASI SECTIO CAESAREA

Abstract

ABSTRACT Labor and birth are normal physiological events. The birth of a baby is a social event that is awaited by a mother and family during pregnancy. There are two ways in the delivery process, namely the natural or normal way and the Sectio Caesarea method. Sectio Caesare is the process of giving birth with a surgical process carried out with medical instructions, due to disturbances in the mother and fetus. Sectio caesarea surgery with various consequences such as causing anxiety felt by the patient. The effects of anxiety in postoperative patients have an impact on the ongoing postoperative treatment. This condition of anxiety can have a detrimental effect because it can cause bleeding both during surgery and after surgery. This anxiety can be treated in two ways, namely pharmacologically, related to drugs and medical treatment and the second non-pharmacologically, among others, relaxation techniques, namely finger hold. This study aims to determine the effect of hand-held relaxation techniques on anxiety levels in postoperative Sectio Caesarea patients. This research is a quantitative research with Quasy Experiment design with One Group Pretest-Postest design. The population in this study were all postoperative Sectio Caesarea patients who were present at the time of the study. The sample in this study was taken using the Accidental Sampling technique. The data collection method used the ZSAS questionnaire. The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon test analysis obtained a significant value of 0.000. Based on this value, because the value of P <0.05, it can be concluded that there is an effect of finger grip relaxation techniques on the level of anxiety in postoperative Sectio Caesarea patients. It is suggested that the results of this study can be used as an independent intervention in postoperative Sectio Caesarea

Persalinan dan kelahiran suatu kejadian fisiologis normal. Kelahiran seorang bayi adalah kejadian sosial yang dinanti oleh seorang ibu serta keluarga selama kehamilan . Ada dua cara dalam proses persalinan yaitu cara alami atau normal dan cara operasi Sectio Caesarea. Sectio Caesare adalah proses melahirkan dengan proses pembedahan dilakukan dengan petunjuk medis, karena adanya gangguan pada ibu dan janin. Tindakan operasi sectio caesarea dengan berbagai akibat seperti menimbulkan kecemasan yang dirasakan pasien. Efek kecemasan pada pasien post operasi berdampak pada berlangsungnya pengobatan pasca operasi. Kondisi kecemasan ini dapat menimbulkan efek yang merugikan karena bisa menyebabkan pendarahan baik pada saat pembedahan ataupun pasca operasi. Efek kecemasan pada pasien post operasi berdampak pada berlangsungnya pengobatan pasca operasi. Kecemasan ini bisa di obati dengan dua cara yaitu dengan farmakologis, terkait dengan obat-obatan dan perawatan medis dan  yang kedua dengan non farmakologis antara lain, teknik relaksasi yaitu genggam jari (finger hold).  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik relaksasi genggam jari terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada pasien post operasi Sectio Caesarea. Penelitan ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain QuasyEksperimentdengan rancangan OneGrup Pretest-Postest.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien post operasi Sectio Caesarea yang ada pada saat penelitian berlangsung sedangkan Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Accidental sampling.. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner ZSAS. Hasil analisa data dengan analisis uji Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut karena nilai P<0,05 dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh teknik relaksasi genggam jari terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada pasien post operasi Sectio Caesarea. Disarankan untuk hasil penelitian ini  dapat digunakan sebagaia intervensi secara mandiri pada pasien post operasi Sectio Caesarea.
