HUBUNGAN USIA IBU PRIMIPARA SAAT PERNIKAHAN DENGAN KEMAMPUAN PERAWATAN BAYI 0-12 BULAN DI PUSKESMAS HUTABARGOT KECAMATAN HUTABARGOT KABUPATEN MANDAILING NATAL TAHUN 2021

ABSTRACT

Hutabargot Health Center located in Hutabargot District, Mandailing Natal Regency obtained information from coordinator midwives at Hutabargot Health Center in 2021 with a death rate of 19 babies out of 224 babies born with the age of 0-12 months due to poor care in BBL with the status of mothers primipara age < of 20 years. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the age of primiparous mothers at marriage and the ability to care for infants 0-12 months. The type of research used is quantitative research and analytic survey design with a cross- sectional approach. The population of this study is all primiparous mothers who have newborns or babies aged 0-12 months as many as 42 people in the working area of Hutabargot Health Center. a sample of 42 people. Analysis of the data that will be used is the distribution of frequency and Chi-Square. Based on the results of the study, the majority of married ages were <20 years or >35 years. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the age of primiparous mothers at marriage and the ability to care for infants 0-12 months, p-value 0.014. It is hoped that this research will be useful for the Puskesmas so that health workers pay more attention to the importance of the age of marriage for prospective mothers, further improve their approach to the community, especially about the age of marriage for mothers by holding health education about a good marriage age so as not to experience anxiety in caring for babies.

Puskesmas Hutabargot berada di Kecamatan Hutabargot Kabupaten Mandailing Natal diperoleh informasi dari bidan kodinator di Puskesmas Hutabargot tahun 2021 dengan angka kematian sebanyak 19 bayi dari   224 bayi yang lahir dengan umur 0-12 bulan yang disebabkan perawatan yang buruk pada BBL dengan status ibu primipara usia < dari 20 tahun. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan usia ibu primipara saat pernikahan dengan kemampuan perawatan bayi 0-12 bulan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan desain survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu primipara yang memiliki bayi baru lahir atau usia bayi 0-12 bulan sebanyak 42 orang di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Hutabargot, penarikan sampel dengan teknik total sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 42 orang. Analisis data yang akan digunakan adalah distribusi frekuensi dan Chi-Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil usia menikah mayoritas <20 tahun atau >35 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara usia ibu primipara saat pernikahan dengan kemampuan perawatan bayi 0-12 bulan p-value 0,014. Diharapkan penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi Puskesmas agar tenaga kesehatan lebih memperhatikan pentingnya usia pernikahan untuk calon ibu, lebih meningkatkan pendekatan kepada masyarakat terutama tentang usia pernikahan untuk ibu dengan mengadakan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang usia pernikahan yang baik agar tidak mengalami kecemasan dalam merawat bayi.
