Abstract

Afirmasi adalah Sesuatu yang di proyeksikan atau masukkan kedalam pikiran bawah sadar yang bersifat sugestif yang berupa kalimat atau kata-kata yang dapat kita ucapkan berulang-ulang, dengan harapan, afirmasi dapat memprogram pikiran bahkan mendatangkan keajaiban dalam kehidupan (Gunawan, 2007). Sebelum dilaksanakannya massage pada ibu diawali dengan pemberian afirmasi positif sehingga ibu dapat menerima perubahan fisiologis dalam kehamilannya agar ibu dapat rileks dan nyaman selama melakukan pemijatan (Einion, A. 2016).  Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah membuat rancangan audio afirmasi massage untuk ibu hamil. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan research and development (R&D) dengan desain penelitian Metode ADDIE. Sample dalam peneltian ini aadlah ibu hamil yang melakukan massaeg di PMB Hasna dewi sebanyak 30 orang.  Hasil Penelitian, Daya tarik dengan mean 2,18 bernilai sangat baik, Kejelasan dengan mean 1,74 bernilai baik, Efisiensi dengan mean 1,63 bernilai baik dan Ketepatan dengan mean 1,70 bernilai baik. Saran audio afirmasi dimasukkan kedalam memori external sehingga dapat digunakan oleh khalayak ramai
