Hubungan Pengetahuan Pengetahuan Tentang Operasi dengan Tingkat Kecemasan Pre Operasi pada Pasien Sectio Caesarea di RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen

Beberapa prosedur pembedahan, seperti Sectio Caesarea, dapat membuat pasien cemas sebelum operasi. Kemampuan pasien untuk mengatasi kecemasan sebelum operasi secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kesadaran mereka tentang operasi ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan pra operasi pasien sectio caesarea dengan tingkat pengetahuan pasien tentang operasi di RSUD Dr. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan analisis korelasional. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan cara memilih purposive sampling sebanyak 37 orang. Kuesioner pengetahuan dan kecemasan operasi versi APAIS dibagikan untuk mengumpulkan data. Nilai korelasi spearman rho sebesar 0,781 dan nilai p sebesar 0,001 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara keahlian bedah dan tingkat kecemasan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecemasan pra operasi pasien menurun dalam korelasi dengan tingkat kompetensi bedah mereka.
