Abstract

Sectio Caesarea adalah salah satu tindakan pembedahan untuk mengekstraksi janin melalui insisi pada dinding abdomen dan rahim. Tindakan anestesi pada operasi dapat mempengaruhi seluruh sistem pada tubuh manusia yang akan menyebabkan perubahan kestabilan homeostasis yang dapat memicu terjadinya respon stres. Tujuan penelitan ini untuk mengetahui gambaran perubahan kadar gula darah sewaktu pada pasien sectio caesarea dengan spinal anestesi di RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling dengan consecutive sampling sebanyak 124 responden. Data diambil dengan lembar observasi mengenai perubahan kadar gula darah pada pasien pre dan pasca spinal anestesi serta alat pengecekan kadar gula darah dengan menggunakan Easy Touch GCU.Sebagian besar responden 100 (80,6%)  rentang 26 – 35 mengalami perubahan kadar gula darah sewaktu. Responden pasca anestesi lebih rentan mengalami hiperglikemi yaitu sejumlah 10 responden (8,1%).
