Abstract

Sectio Caesarea (SC) merupakan proses persalinan melalui tindakan pembedahan dengan membuat sayatan pada dinding perut ibu dan dinding rahim untuk mengeluarkan bayi. Indikasi yang dipilihnya tindakan sectionio caesarea salah satunya adalah keadaan bayi dalam posisi sungsang. Tujuan umum dari Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners ini adalah untuk menganalisis perawatan pembekuan dengan memberikan teknik relaksasi pernapasan dalam dan aroma terapi pada Pasien Post SC di Ruang Budaga RSUD Klungkung. Metode pengambilan data melalui wawancara, pengkajian dan analisis Rekam Medis Pasien. Berdasarkan pengkajian dan analisa data pada Ny. PS mendapat diagnosa penyakit utama Nyeri Akut. Intervensi dan implementasi yang diberikan kepada pasien yaitu teknik pernapasan dalam dan aroma terapi yang berpedoman pada Standar Diagnosa Keperawatan Indonesia (SDKI) , dan evaluasi masalah pembekuan pada Ny. PS sudah teratasi dengan hasil data subjektif yang ditemukan pada Ny. PS yaitu di hari pertama tingkat nyeri yang dirasakan Ny. PS berukuran 6 lalu pada hari ketiga skala nyari yang dirasakan Ny. PS turun menjadi skala 1. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik pernapasan dalam dana roma terapi efektif untuk mengatasi masalah nyeri Akut pada pasien pasca SC.
