FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PENGGUNAAN METODE KONTRASEPSI JANGKA PANJANG (MKJP) DI KELURAHAN WEK 1 KECAMATAN BATANGORU KABUPATEN TAPANULI SELATAN TAHUN 2025

Rencana Prembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (RPJMN) tahun 2020-2024, menunjukkan bahwa BKKBN melakukan penggarapan KBKR pada permasalahan tingginya akseptor KB yang putus pakai dan rendahnya pemakaian KB MKJP. Wanita yang tidak mau menggunakan KB sebanyak 23 % dan di kalangan pria sebanyak 32 %. Penilitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang (MKJP) di Kelurahan Wek 1 Kecamatan Batangtoru tahun 2025. Jenis penelitian yamg digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survey analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 63 orang dengan teknik total sampling, data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner dengan uji statistik chi-square pada pengujian (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan responden baik sebanyak 23 orang(36,5%), tidak mendapat dukungan suami sebanyak 33 orang (52,4%) dan mendapat dukungan petugas lapangan keluarga berencana (PLKB) sebanyak 39 orang (61,9%). Uji statistik membuktikan pengetahuan berhubungan dengan penggunaan MKJP (P=0,000 atau p<0,005), dukungan suami berhubungan dengan penggunaan MKJP(P=0,000 atau p<0,005) dan dukungan petugas lapangan keluarga berencana (PLKB) berhubungan terhadap penggunaan MKJP (P=0,000 atau p<0,005). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan agar WUS lebih mencari informasi dan dukungan dari suami maupun PLKB sebagai pertimbangan menentukan alat kontrasepsi.
