Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit tidak menular utama yang berdampak pada angka kesakitan dan kematian di Indonesia. Puskesmas Kota Sigli telah menjalankan berbagai program untuk menanggulangi hipertensi melalui deteksi dini, pengobatan secara adekuat, dan promosi kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas program hipertensi di Puskesmas Kota Sigli tahun 2022–2024. Metode evaluasi digunakan berdasarkan input, proses, output, outcome, dan impact. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan persentase cakupan layanan, peningkatan jumlah pasien yang mendapat pelayanan,serta keberhasilan program. Namun ditemukan tantangan seperti penurunan alokasi anggaran di tahun terakhir dan masih rendahnya kepatuhan pasien terhadap terapi. Kesimpulannya, program hipertensi telah menunjukkan dampak positif, namun memerlukan penguatan regulasi, pelatihan SDM, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk keberlanjutan program
