Abstract

Hipertensi termasuk dalam penyakit tidak menular. Orang terkadang menyebut hipertensi sebagai "pembunuh diam-diam" karena kondisi ini jarang menimbulkan tanda atau keluhan yang nyata. Di antara penyakit tidak menular, hipertensi ialah pemicu kematian ketiga teratas di Indonesia, setelah kanker dan penyakit kardiovaskular. Mengatahui Efektifitas Slow Back Massage Pada Pasien Hipertensi Dengan Masalah Keperawatan Nyeri Di Klinik Latu Usadha. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus yang mengidentifikasi pengaruh terapi Slow Stroke Back Massage terhadap tingkat nyeri pada penderita hipertensi. Setelah intervensi, dari 3 pasien menunjukkan penurunan nyeri dengan skala nyeri masing-masing menjadi 3 serta stabilitas tanda vital; Ny. R tekanan darah 120/80 mmHg, Ny. S 110/90 mmHg, dan Tn. D 110/70 mmHg. Ketiga klien tampak lebih nyaman, paham pengelolaan kondisi, dan direncanakan untuk melanjutkan perawatan mandiri dan direkomendasikan untuk melanjutkan terapi non-farmakologis Slow Stroke Back Massage (SSBM) secara rutin, serta menjaga kesehatan mandiri dan melakukan kontrol berkala ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan.
