Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan global serius yang diderita oleh sekitar 33% penduduk dunia dan menjadi penyebab utama penyakit kardiovaskular kronis. Salah satu intervensi non-farmakologis yang efektif dan ekonomis untuk mengontrol tekanan darah serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan pasien adalah melalui aktivitas fisik berupa senam. Tujuan: Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan berbagai jenis intervensi senam yang efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup pada pasien hipertensi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain literature review dengan pencarian artikel melalui database Google Scholar dan PubMed dalam rentang waktu 2019-2024 menggunakan kerangka PICO. Seleksi literatur dilakukan mengikuti alur PRISMA hingga didapatkan artikel yang relevan untuk diulas secara mendalam. Hasil: Analisis terhadap literatur menunjukkan bahwa senam hipertensi secara konsisten memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik melalui regulasi sistem saraf otonom. Selain luaran klinis, intervensi senam yang dilakukan secara rutin di komunitas juga terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup penderita secara drastis, dari 43,8% menjadi 75%, melalui jalur psikoneuroimunologi dan interaksi sosial. Saran: Sangat disarankan bagi pelayanan kesehatan primer untuk menerapkan program senam hipertensi secara masif sebagai metode preventif dan rehabilitatif yang praktis bagi penderita hipertensi
