Gambaran Psikologis Ibu Postpartum Primipara di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rejosari Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru

Pendahuluan: Psikologis ibu pada masa postpartum mempunyai kaitan yang erat dengan kesehatannya, khusus nya ibu dengan kelahiran anak pertama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran psikologis ibu postpartum dengan kelahiran anak pertama di wilayah kerja puskesmas Rejosari Kota Pekanbaru. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif . Sampel penelitian adalah 30 responden yang diambil menggunakan tektnik total sampling dengan menggunakan kuesioner EPDS (Edinburg Postnatal Depression Scale). Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat. Hasil: Dari 30 orang responden terdapat 6 orang atau (20%) yang mengalami gejala depresi pada masa postpartum dan terdapat 24 orang responden atau (80%) yang dapat melewati masa postpartum dengan baik dan masuk dalam kategori normal. Kesimpulan: Psikologis ibu postpartum mayoritas mengalami masa postpartum dengan baik. Saran: Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan peran perawat khususnya dalam memberikan promosi kesehatan tentang gejala depresi yang bisa terjadi pada masa postpartum kepada ibu postpartum dengan kelahiran anak pertama.
